模拟酸雨对小麦萌芽期及过氧化物酶同功酶的影响 被引量:1

The Influence of Simulated Acid-Rain on the Peroxydase Isozymes in the Period of Wheat Germination

摘要 用pH_5、pH_4、pH_3、pH_2酸度的模拟酸雨处理七个小麦品种后,各小麦品种的发芽势,发芽率和根的长短均与pH值的下降呈正相关,且pH_3和pH_2模拟酸雨还引起了小麦过氧化物酶同功酶酶带数的增加。同时还看出小麦品种的耐酸性有一定的差异。 pH5, pH4, pH3 and pH2 simuiated acid-rain, were used to treat seven varieties of wheats in the period of germination. The germination ability and percentage as well as the length of roots of each variety of wheat were all increased with the decrease of pH. Especially, the treat ment of pH3 and pH2 simulated acid-rain caused the produce of new bands of peroxydase isozymes. Furthermore, the result of the test exhi bited the differences of the tolerence to aid among various varieties of wheats
