摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳法 ,对中国孤雌生殖卤虫 10个品系的 2 6个多倍体单个体克隆的α AMY同工酶的基因表达情况进行了研究 .所研究的α AMY为多态酶重复基因表达 ;各多倍体克隆间的多态程度较高 ,说明群体存在较高的遗传变异 .
The gene expressions of α-AMY isozymes (α-amylase) of 26 clones of Artemia parthenogenetica polyploids from China were studied by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The experimental results showed that:(1)α-AMY are polymorphic.The polymorphism and genetic identity are higher in 26 polyploids clones of Artemia strains.(2)Duplicate genes of α-AMY isozymes express.
