摘要
近年来 ,发达国家掀起一股环境保护浪潮 ,制定了许多环保措施和环保标准。这些基于他们自身工业发展水平的标准 ,发展中国家短期难以达到 ,致使发展中国家的出口贸易受阻。随着世界贸易全球化的加深 ,发达国家越来越多的利用绿色壁垒充当保护贸易的新工具。绿色壁垒已广泛地影响到我国的出口贸易 ,应当引起足够的重视 。
In recent years,developed countries have been paying much attention to environment protection and made lots of regulations and criteria in this respect.These regulations and criteria,which are based on their own developing level are so strict that developing countries feel it difficult to reach.As a result developing countries' export is decreasing.With the deep development of economic globalization,developed countries have been using more and more green barriers as new tools of trade protection.Our government and enterprises should pay great attention to green barriers and take effective measures to deal with them because they have been making extensive and bad effects on the export of our country.
