摘要
液培试验表明 ,镁、锌、硼对莴笋生物产量的正效应以Mg(10 0mg/L~ 2 0 0mg/L) ,Zn(2 0mg/L~ 5 0mg/L) ,B(10mg/L~ 2 0mg/L)为最显著 ,增量达 30 .8%~ 12 5 .6 %。在 3个pH中 ,以pH6生物产量最高 ;3个养分中硼的增产幅度最大。不同pH条件下莴笋镁、锌、硼含量与施用水平呈显著或极显著正相关 ;氮、钾养分含量与生物量变化趋势一致 ,磷含量变化较小。高产莴笋植株N/P比为 8.70~ 10 .0 5 ;N/K比为 0 .6 6~ 0 .86 ;K/P比为 11.30~ 14.96。
The effects of pH and Mg,Zn and B on the growth of lettuce plants and nutrient uptake by them were studied in a solution culture experiment.The results showed that Mg,Zn and B had a significant positive effect on biomass production of lettuce in the range of 100~200 mg/L for Mg,20~50 mg/L for Zn and 10~20 mg/L for B.Of the three pH treatments adopted in the experiment,pH 6.0 gave the highest biomass yield.B application gave greater yield increase than the other two nutrient elements.The contents of Mg,Zn and B in the plants were significantly correlated with their concentrations in the culture solution.The variation of N and K in the plants showed a similar pattern to that of their biomass.P content varies little in the plants.The ratios of N/P,N/K and K/P were in the range of 8.70 to 10.05,0.66 to 0.86 and 11.30 to 14.96,respectively for the high-yielding plants.
