摘要 转移相关基因表达调控及功能研究是肿瘤转移分子机制研究的主要方面 ;一些转录因子作为信使分子介导转移相关基因表达的调节 ,对这些转录因子的功能及作用机制的阐明将为转移的有效防治提供依据。本文就转录因子调控肿瘤转移的最新进展作一介绍。 In these days,the research on molecular mechanism of tumor progression and metastasis became to focus on regulation in expressions and functions of metastasis-associated genes,and a number of reports showed that some transcription factors were involvedin the regulatory process .The elucidation on how these transcription factors function as signal moleculars in malignant progression would be beneficial for prevention of tumor metastasis.The authors review the progression on relationship between tumor metastasis and transcription factors.
