摘要
目的 分析1998、1999年1~2月临床分离的200株革兰阴性杆菌的耐药性。方法 用E试验检测13种抗生素对200株革兰阴性杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果 伊米配能(IP)、头孢他啶(TZ)、庆大霉素(GM)、头孢曲松(TX)、阿米卡星(AK)、头孢哌酮(CP)、头孢噻肟(CT)、头孢呋肟(XM)对肠杆菌科细菌的抗菌效果优于非发酵菌。用E试验方法检出15株产超广谱β-内酰胺酶菌株(ESBLs)。结论 E试验检测MIC可用于细菌耐药性监测、分析以及ESBLs的筛选、检测。
Objective To analyse the resistance retes of 200 gram-negative bacteria (GNB) strains from clinical isolates in 1998 and 1999. Methods The E test was used to detect the MIC of 13 antibiotics in 200 GNB strains. Results The anibiotic effects of imipenem(IP), ceftazidime (TZ), gentamicin (GM), ceftriaxone (TX), amikacin (AK), cefoperazone (CP), cefotaxime (CT), cefuro- xime (XM) on enterobacteriaceae were better than nonfermentative gram - negative bacteria. Fifteen strains producing extended spectrum β - lactamases (ESBLs) had been detected by the E test. Conclusion The E test can be used to detect and analyse the resistance of bacteria, screen and detect ESBLs.
