摘要 目的:分析临床分离的100株革兰阴性杆菌的耐药性。方法:用E试验检测12种抗生素对100株革兰阴性杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果:肠杆菌科对12种抗生素的总耐药率均低于40%,并用E试验方法成功地检出一株产β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)的大肠埃希菌。非发酵菌对庆大霉素(GM)、头孢三嗪(TX)、头孢呋肟(XM)耐药率高于60%。结论:E试验检测MIC值精确、重复性好,可用于ESBL检测; Objective:To analyze the rates of resistance of 12 antibiotics in 100 clinical isolates of gramnegative bacteria. Methods: E test was used to determine the MIC of 12 antibiotics in 100 strains of gramnegative bacteria. Results: The total rates of resistance rates of enterobacteriaceae to 12 antibiotics were less than 40%, and one E. coli strain producing ESBL had been detected by the E test.
