摘要
目的 :研究红霉素逆转乳腺癌多药耐药 (MDR)的临床疗效。方法 :采用免疫组化SP法检测乳腺癌P 糖蛋白 (P gp)表达 ,将P gp表达阳性者随机分两组 :红霉素加化疗组 (试验组 ) 2 8例 ,单纯化疗组 (对照组 ) 14例 ,采用CAF方案化疗。结果 :试验组CR +PR 19例 ( 67.9% ) ,对照组 4例 ( 2 8 6% ),两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5)。结论 :红霉素对逆转乳腺癌MDR具有一定作用。
Objective To explore the reversing effect of erythromycin on multidrug resistance (MDR) in breast cancer.Methods The expression of P glycoprotein (P gp) was determined by immunohistochemistry. The positive P gp cases were randomly divided into two groups: chemotherapy plus Erythromycin in 28 cases (test group) and chemotherapy alone in 14 cases (control group). CAF was used as chemotherapy regimen.Results CR+PR was significantly higher in test group (67.9%) than the control group (28.6%),P<0 05. Conclusion Erythromycin is safe and effective for the reversal of MDR in breast cancer.
