摘要
本文阐述了ILS的涵义及ILS在海军导弹装备形成战斗力中的重要作用，结合海军导弹装备实施ILS的现状，对大力推行海军导弹装备ILS的实施提出了几点建议。
： This article introduces the meaning of ILS and the important roles of ILS to promote the formation of fighting capacity of naval missile materiel． Based on current situation on executing ILS of naval missile materiel the author makes several suggestions about pushing energetically to executing ILS in naval missile materiel．
