摘要 随着高新技术的发展,武器装备向轻量化和智能化方向不断发展。针对智能化火炮战车提出了一种新型智能供配电系统方案,重点研究了电池组可重构拓扑结构和储能单元智能管理技术。提出的新型可重构拓扑结构可以获得稳定可靠的直流母线电压,结合蓄电池大倍率放电的特性为不同工况下的武器装备提供充足的能量,并且模块化设计提高了系统的可靠性和安全性,便于维修和保障。储能单元智能管理技术包括电池组之间的电量均衡技术和储能单元健康管理技术,实现了可重构拓扑中电池组安全可靠运行和异常情况智能处理。通过具体案例的对比分析,证明所提出的新型智能供配电系统具有更好的性能。 With the development of new technology,weapon equipments are developing in the direction of lightweight and intelligent.A new intelligent power supply and distribution system scheme is proposed for intelligent equipments.The reconfigurable topology of battery pack and the intellegent management technology of energy storage unit is mainly studied.The proposed new reconfigurable topology can obtain stable and reliable DC bus voltage and can provide sufficient energy for weapon under different working conditions in combination with the characteristics of high-rate discharge of battery.The modular design improves the system reliability and security and facilitates maintenance and support.The intelligent management technology of energy storage unit includes the energy equlization technology between battery packs and the health management technology of energy storage unit,which realizes the safe and reliable operation of battery packs and the intelligent handling of abnormal conditions in reconfigurable topology.The performance of the new intelligent power supply and distribution system is verified through the comparision of specific cases.
