摘要
本文分析了汕头市耕地减少的现状特征，揭示耕地减少和土地资源这人地区经济带来的严重后果。指上头市耕地减少与落后的农业状况和过多的人口互相交织，互相影响，形成恶性循环，进而从思想认识、国家政策、组织管理和技术手段上探讨解决经济建设、城镇发展与保护耕地之间的矛盾的对策。
The present features of cultivated land reduction are analyzed in this paper. The aftermath is also indicated, due to the reduction and land resource destroy to the regional econmic development. It has been found that the cultivated land reduction, agricuture backword and population over-growth have affected each other and formed a kind of vicious circulation. Finally, the counter measures are inquired from the viewpoint of ideology, state policy, organization management and technical mediums, so as to solve the contraditions among economic development, city construction and cultivated land protection.
