摘要
在制定电力市场中的电力交易计划时 ,由于系统边际电价 (SMP)的引入 ,机组组合问题呈现出非解析的特点。论文建立了基于系统边际电价机组组合问题的数学模型 ,并结合电力市场的新特点 ,在分析 L agrangian分解与协调算法机理的基础上 ,提出了一种求解基于系统边际电价的机组组合问题的新方法。与传统 L agrangian方法相比 ,新算法很好地解决了传统方法求解基于 SMP的机组组合问题时遇到的“振荡”以及“调整死区”等问题。实际应用表明 :新算法具有很好的快速收敛性以及优化效果。
The concept of system marginal price (SMP) is introduced into power generation planning. The objective function of the unit commitment is non analytic. This paper presents the mathematical model of the unit commitment based on SMP with a new method for solving the unit commitment by analyzing the mechanism of the Lagrangian relaxation method and its coordinating process. The method overcomes the “calculated oscillation” and “dead zone regulation” problems arising from the analysis of the unit commitment in a deregulated environment by traditional methods. The quick convergence and excellent optimizing ability of the new method are demonstrated by a practical application.
