面向多种调度模式的电力交易计划统一编制与管理

摘要 针对电力市场发展当前形势下多种调度模式的发电计划科学化管理要求,提出了面向省级电网多种调度模式的月度交易计划统一编制模型,通过设置不同的目标函数来反映不同的调度管理目标;模型采用禁忌-粒子群算法进行求解,利用禁忌算法的局部搜索能力来改善粒子群算法的"早熟"收敛;开发了相应的软件系统,实现月度交易计划的编制与管理。实例表明模型与方法的有效性和实用性。 Aiming at the requirement of scientific power generation scheduling management under multi - dispatching modes in the new development of electricity market, a uniform optimization model for monthly trading scheduling is proposed. By setting different objective function, the present model can satisfy different dispatching modes. The Tabu - PSO is adopted to solute the uniform optimization problem, which uses the local search ability of Tabu search to improve the premature convergence prob- lem of basic PSO. A project is developed to realize the algorithm and evaluate the implementation of monthly trading schedu- ling. The numerical examples show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
