摘要
对中国石油化工股份有限公司沧州分公司重油催化裂化装置分馏塔、再生器主风分布系统、旋风分离系统和主风机组进行了一系列挖潜改造。改造后烧焦罐主风分布管压力降由 2 5~ 30kPa下降到 5~ 10kPa ,主风机入口流量由 10 5 0m3/min上升到 12 0 0m3/min以上 ,一、二级旋风分离器与粗旋风分离器入口面积分别增加 30 %~38% ,旋风分离器入口线速下降至正常范围 ,装置能耗、催化剂单耗大幅度下降 ,处理能力由 0 .5 0Mt/a提高到 0 .6 0Mt/a。累计改造投资不足 5× 10 6 RMB $,年经济效益达 2× 10 7RMB $以上 ,并可望实现跟踪国际水平Ⅱ档指标达标。
The main fractionator,main air distributing system of regenerator,cyclone separator and main air blowers of a RFCCU in Cangzhou Refinery were revamped.After revamping,the pressure drop in main air distributor of the regenerator decreased from 25~30 kPa to 5~10 kPa,the inlet flow of the main air blower increased from 1 050 m 3/min to over 1 200 m 3/min,the inlet cross sectional areas of the first, second and preliminary separators increased by 30%~50% respectively.The inlet velocity of cyclone separator decreased down to the normal range.The energy consumption and catalyst loss of the unit greatly decreased.The processing capacity increased from 500 000 t/yr to 600 000 t/yr and the annual economic benefits reached 2×10 7 RMB$ with only an investment of 5×10 6 RMB$.
