摘要
对炼油厂催化裂化装置跑损催化剂颗粒粒度的测量分析表明,由于再生器和沉降器内工作务件和介质不同,跑损催化剂的颗粒粒度分布和颗粒中位粒径有一定的差别,再生器跑损催化剂的颗粒中位粒径约21μm,沉降器跑损催化剂颗粒的中位粒径约在16μm。测量结果说明介质和温度对旋风分离器分离细颗粒催化剂有一定的影响。跑损催化剂的颗粒粒度分布可以反映再生器和沉降器的流化运行状态,通过跑损催化剂的颗粒粒度分布的测量可以监视装置的运行状态和进行故障诊断。
By means of measurement and analysis on grain size of escaping lost catalyst in catalytic cranking unit for a certain refinery,it denoted that; owning to the different working condition and media in regenerator and reactor, the grain size distribution of escaping lost catalyst and the medium diameter of grain was different. The medium diameter of grain for escaping lost catalyst in regenerator was about 21 μm,the medium diameter of grain for escaping lost catalyst in reactor was 16 μm . The measurement results denoted that: the medium and temperature produced a certain influence on fine grain catalyst separated from cyclone. The grain size distribution of escaping lost catalyst may reflect the flu-idization operation condition of reactor and regenerator. By the use of measurement of grain size distribution for escaping lost catalyst,the u-nit operation situation may be monitored,and the failure diagnosis may be carried out.
