改善血肿周围缺血治疗脑出血性水肿的初步研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :观察治疗血肿周围缺血对高血压性脑出血水肿吸收及神经功能恢复的影响。方法 :将 2 4例入选的ICH患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。分别于入组第 1、4、10、2 1d利用CT测量水肿体积 ,临床进行神经功能缺损评分。治疗组给予低分子右旋糖酐 5 0 0ml静滴 ,1次 /d ,连用 14d ;甘露醇、维生素C静滴作为基础治疗。结果 :治疗组第 4、10、2 1天水肿体积小于对照组 ;治疗组第 4、10、2 1天ESS分值均高于对照组。结论 :治疗血肿周围缺血能促进水肿的吸收和神经功能的恢复。 Objective: To evaluate the effects of the improving peri-hematomal ischemia on volume of edema and the neurological function in the patients with ICH. Methods: 24 patients with ICH were divided into the groups of dextran 40 and control in random. The mannitol and vitamin C treatment was considered as the basic therapy in the two groups. The volume of edema was measured by CT. ESS were assessed separately. Results: After treating, the volume of edema was reduced markedly in 4,10,and 21day in the group of dextran low molecular. The ESS was better than the control group in 4,10,and 21day. Conclusion: The treatment of perihematomal ischemia may be useful for the absorption of the edema and recovery of the neurological function in the patient with ICH at acute stage.
