摘要
为了生产高档润滑油 ,大庆炼化公司引进了美国雪佛龙 (Chevron)公司的异构脱蜡技术。应用结果表明 ,以 6 5 0SN和 15 0BS糠醛精制油、15 0SN和 35 0SN酮苯脱蜡油及酮苯蜡下油为原料 ,通过加氢预精制、异构脱蜡和加氢补充精制及分馏可以得到低倾点、高粘度指数、氧化安定性好的润滑油基础油 ;选择不同的原料 ,调整异构脱蜡操作的苛刻度 ,经调合可生产变压器油。
The isodewaxing technology was imported from Chevron Company to produce high grade lube base oil in Daqing Refinery and Chemical Company. The commercial application indicated that with 150BS furfural refining oil, 150SN and 350SN benzol ketone dewaxing oils and benzol ketone dewaxing sweat oil as feeds, through hydro pretreating, isodewaxing, hydrofininshing and fractionation, lube base oil with low pour point, high viscosity index and good oxidation stability could be obtained. Transformer oil, white oil and aluminium foil rolling oil could also be produced with selected feedstock at certain operating severity of dewaxing.
