分析确定异构脱蜡润滑油副产物硫、芳烃含量很低,异构脱蜡润滑油副产物精馏后可以得到低倾点、高黏度指数、低硫、低芳烃、氧化安定性好的第三代铝轧制基础油。此路线生产铝轧制基础油工艺简单,铝轧制基础油质量高,成本低,经济效益高。
Hydroisomerizing-dewaxed lubricant byproduct contains low sulfur and aromatic hydrocarbon.After rectification of the hydroisomerizing-dewaxed lubricant,its byproduct gets low pour-point,high viscosity,low sulfure and aromatic hydrocarbon and high oxidation stability.The third generation of aluminum rolling basic oil being produced in this way.The production process of the basic oil is simple.The oil quality is high.The production cost is low and economic efficiency is high.
