摘要
文章利用了一种基于三层前向神经网络的非线性轮廓插补算法,对抛物线轨迹进行曲线插补,并将其应用于超精密机床数控系统中,进行实验加工验证。结果表明,该算法具有插补速度快、插补精度高、插补步长变化小等特点,并且还可在每个插补周期内提供多种插补信息,能够满足实时插补的要求。
A non-linear contour interpolation arithmetic based on three layers forward neural network was used to interpolate parabolic contour. The interpolator utilized in precision machine tool, experiments showed that the neural network interpolator has such advantages as high speed, high accuracy, small changes for interpolating distance and a lot of interpolating information which can satisfy the demands for real-time interpolation.
