摘要
如何高精度地实现非线性复杂曲线尤其是列表曲线的直接插补一直是现代CNC系统中的难题。为此,本文提出一种在PC上位机中利用神经网络实现非线性复杂曲线粗插补、下位机的插补器实现细插补的新的数据采样插补方法。实验结果表明:该方法能解决非线性复杂曲线的直接插补难题,且思路简单、精度高、显著减小了计算时间,可以广泛应用于现代的CNC系统中。
How to complete the direct interpolation of the non - linear complex curves especially the listed curves is always the difficult problem in the modem CNC systems. A new data sampling interpolation way was presented, in which the neural network in the PC is used to complete the coarse interpolation of non - linear complex curves and the interpolation controller is used to complete the fine interpolation. The result proves that the method can be used to complete the direct interpolation of the non - linear complex curves, the precision is high and the time of calculation is reduced evidently. Moreover, it is simple and practical, and can be applied in the modem CNC system widely.
