摘要
对有反应湍流气粒两相流动采用双流体模型 ,对煤粉燃烧过程采用通用模型 ,首次针对 70 %无烟煤 + 30 %烟煤的混煤燃料 ,将回转水泥窑筒体配有速差射流煤粉燃烧器的燃烧过程进行了数值研究。结果表明 ,回转水泥窑中采用该型燃烧器能强化燃烧 ,同时使煤粉的扩散受到约束 。
For the blended coal composed of 70% anthracite and 30% bitumite,this paper simulates the combustion processes inside the revolving cement kiln with a pulverized coal fired burner using a jet with velocity difference.A multifluid model is used for two phase turbulent flow.and a reaction and general model is used for combustion processes of coal.The results show that the burner used in the revolving cement kiln can intensify combustion,furthermore,both the present burner and central high speed jet can restrain the expansion of pulverized coal and make flame not reach the slagging layer of the kiln.
