摘要
主要存在于大麦糊粉层和盾片中的大麦 β -葡聚糖酶 (1,3- 1,4 - β -葡聚糖酶 )属于诱导酶 ,种子萌发期间受赤霉酸 (GA)诱导而激活。 1,3- 1,4 - β -葡聚糖酶和 1,3- β -葡聚糖酶基因是 β -葡聚糖酶基因家族中两类 ,这两类β -葡聚糖酶水解酶具有不同的特性和功能 ,它们与大麦的制啤和抗病密切相关 ,遗传工程将为大麦的品质改良和选育抗病品种提供新的机遇。
Barly β-glucanases(1,3-1,4-β-glucanase, are contained mainly in aleurone and scutellum.β-glucanases attaching to induced enzyme are activated by control of gobberellin(GA) during germination . Structural similarities between 1,3-1,4-β-glucanase gene and 1,3-β-glucanase gene suggest that the two classes of β-glucanases may be classified together in a “super”gene family,in which enzymes with different specifities and functions have evolved.This two enzymes are closely related to malt-breewing and disease-resistance of barley.Genetic engineering of β-glucanases will provide new opportunities to select barlay varieties of good guality or resistant disease.
