摘要
本文研究了含乙醇、丙二醇的水溶液系统中的 Azone 对 5-Fu 的体外透皮促进作用,发现1%~4%浓度的 Azone 均可极显著地促进5-Fu 的透皮作用,且随浓度的增加而加强。但浓度大于4%时促进作用不再成比例的增加。含4% Azone 者可提高5-Fu 透皮作用189倍之多,其稳态透皮速度为12μg/min·cm^2。
The effect of Azone on 5-Fu in solution system contain- ing water,alcohol and propylene glycol to penetrate across the rat skin was studied in vitro.We found that all the solutions containing 1%—4% of Azone increased the permeability of 5-Fu markedly and the permeability was increased with the concentration of Azone.But this action was no longer increased proportionally When the concentration of Azone above 4%.The solution containing 4% Azone increased the penetration of 5-Fu 189 times than 0% one,and the steady state penetration speed was about 12μg/min.cm2.
