菠菜对酸雨胁迫的响应及稀土元素的作用 被引量:16

摘要 盆栽试验结果表明:酸雨胁迫下,菠菜叶片中叶绿素含量逐渐减少,a/b值逐渐减小,与酸雨pH值呈显著正相关。SOD活性变化呈单峰曲线,总体水平下降。施用稀土元素后,植株虽仍处在酸雨胁迫下,但叶绿素总量增加,a/b值增大,SOD活性总体水平增加,其变化曲线中的峰值向酸雨酸度增大的方向移动。稀土元素明显地表现出对酸雨影响菠菜的某些生理生态特征有一定的防护作用。 Pot experiments were made to study the conservation of rare earth elements on effect of acid rain on ecophysiological characteristics of spinach.The result showed:under the stress of acid rain,chlorophyll content,chlorophyll a/b values and SOD activity in spinach leaves were gradually decrease,and the curve changing of SOD activity showed in shape of.After applied rare earth elements,chloropyll content and chlorphyll a/b values increased.SOD activity increased sharply and the peak value of variation curve of SOD activity was moved toward the direction of higher,although plants were treated by acid rain stress as a whole,rare earth elements can conserve spinach from being affacted by acid rain,particular in pH> 3.5 .
