摘要
用酸雨(A)、降尘(D)、酸雨和降尘(A+D)处理生长在紫色中性土和紫色酸性土上的莴苣和小白菜,以研究3种处理对2种蔬菜中超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的影响.结果表明:3种处理可提高莴苣中的SOD和CAT的活性,且以(A+D)处理最为明显.与CK相比,在酸性土中,(A+D)处理可使SOD活性提高11.1%~21.2%,CAT活性提高15.5%~22.7%;3种处理可使小白菜POD活性提高,其中中性土(A+D)处理可使POD活性比CK提高50%~52%.
Lettuce and Chinese cabbage were treated with acid rain (A) and/or deposited coal dust (D) in neutral purple soil and acid purple soil, and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) in the two vegetables were studied. The results indicated that the treatments with A.D and (A +D) could increase the activities oft SOD and CAT in lettuce,and (A+D) treatment raise SOD activity by 11. 1% ~21. 2% and CAT activity by 15. 5%~22. 7% in acid purple soil. A.D and (A+D) treatments could also increase the activity of POD in Chinese cabbage, and (A+D) treatment raise POD activity by 50%~52% to neutral purple soil.
