摘要
隆起度 (γ)在Fe Mn Ti合金中随热处理条件而变化。在 5 10℃回火 ,γ值随时间缓慢上升 ,但数值一直保持在 0 4到 0 5之间。在 5 70℃回火 ,在 5 0min ,γ达极大值 0 5 1,然后随时间延长略有下降。在各温度回火90min ,观察性能的变化 ,看到 (BH) max和 (BrHc)在 480℃达极大值 ,γ在较低温度 ,44 0℃达极大值。从历史角度看人们对隆起度数值的重视程度有明显变化。在国外 1970年后的磁性材料书籍中基本不再提及隆起度 ,而在国内最近还有使用和论述的。其可能原因是对永磁体材料和永磁学的发展认识不同。
The Value of fullness factor( γ )changes with heat treatment conditions in Fe Mn Ti alloy. When tempering at 510℃, γ rises slowly with time, but holding in the range 0.4 to 0.5. Tempering at 570℃, γ reaches its maximum, 0.51, at 50min, then decreases sligtly. For holding 90min at various temperaturs, the( BH ) max and( B r H c)have a maximum at tempering temperature 480℃ respectively, and γ reaches the maximum at a lower temperature of 440℃. From historic point of view, attaching importance to fullness factor changed greatly. Fullness factor is less used in international publications for magnetic materials and permanent magnetism after 1970, but it is still mentioned and discussed in china. The reason may'be the different understanding on the development of permanent magnetic materials.
