Fe_(83)Ga_(17)合金应力作用下磁化机理的研究

摘要 利用定向凝固方法制备出[110]轴向取向的Fe83Ga17合金,研究了Fe83Ga17合金的磁致伸缩性能,测量了Fe83Ga17的磁致伸缩系数和饱和磁化场。应用能量最低原理,研究了合金在磁场和应力作用下的磁化机理,构建了磁化模型。计算结果与实验现象基本吻合,部分计算结果与实验数据存在一定的差别,表明理论模型还需进一步改进。 The [110] axial oriented Fe83G17 alloy was prepared by directional solidification device and its magnetostrction strain curves under different stress were measured and studied. The magnetization of Fe83G17 alloy under magnetization field and stress were calculated by the principle of minimum energy and part of the results as consistent with those of the experiment. The magnetization model needs to be improved because some calculated results are different from the experiment results
