The key processing parameters influencing the filtrated layer quality of iron matrix composite was obtained through the experiment of V EPC casting filtration process.It was optimized to these parameters and the experiment was conducted on the basis of the optimized design.The results showed the better filtrated layer with the thickness of 4 mm was obtained at 1 420 ℃,45#SiC and vacuum rate of 0.04 MPa.
