铸渗硼对灰铸铁钢锭模寿命的影响 被引量:14

摘要 在灰铸铁钢锭模内表面铸渗硼,可强化晶粒边界、稳定珠光体以及改善石墨形态和分布。从而可提高灰铸铁钢锭模内表面的热疲劳性能和抗氧化生长性能,使钢锭模使用寿命有显著提高。试验结果表明:铸渗硼灰铸铁钢锭模比同类灰铸铁钢锭模的使用寿命提高43%。通过试验优选出合硼合金涂料最佳配方和涂刷工艺,浇注结果表明铸渗表面质量良好、没有气孔、夹杂等缺陷。 Synopsis: In this paper, Surface alloying of grey iron ingot mold with alloy boron has been studied. Boron in the alloyed layers can strengthen the combination boundary of cell, stablize pearlite and improve shape, distribution of graphite. So that the heat fatigue property and the oxidation and growth resistant property can be raised. The service life of the boron surface alloying grey cast iron ingot mold is 43% longer than that of high Mn low si grey cast iron ingot mold. Some new kinds of mold coatings with alloy boron has been developed. The results show that the new kindso of mold castings are good in quality and result in alloyed surfaces with no gas porosity and inclusions.
