摘要
分析研究了A1-Mg-Li-Zr系1420铝锂合金氩气及真空熔炼的除气原理,以及氩气与熔剂不同保护铸造的除气机理。认为熔体经真空精炼后在熔剂保护下铸造更有利于达到除气的目的,能显著降低铸锭的氢含量,提高铸锭质量。
Gas removal principle of Argon and vacuum smelting has been reserched on A1-Mg-Li-Zr system 1420 Al-Li Alloy and different protect fusioning with Argon and fluxes. gas removal purpose has been achieved, fused solution is pretected by fluxes,Hydrogon Containing amount is reduced,Ingot quality is improved.
