摘要
目的 :探讨超声心动图房室平面位移 (AVPD)法评价冠心病 (CHD)患者左室舒张功能的可行性。方法 :分别记录 2 0 0例 CHD患者左室射血所致 AVPD(AVPDa)值、AVPD与二尖瓣环 4个位点上的 AVPD均值(AVPDmean)比值 ,并与二尖瓣口 E/ A比值法 (E/ A分析法 )进行对比。结果 :2 0 0例 CHD患者 AVPD法测值 :AVPDm ean值为 (0 .6 2± 0 .13) cm,AVPDa为 (0 .74± 0 .47) cm;E/ A分析法 :E、A最大峰值速度分别为 (71.41±10 .5 7) cm/ s,(80 .2 3± 15 .97) cm/ s。根据 AVPD法诊断 16 3例舒张功能异常 ,E/ A分析法诊断 171例舒张功能异常。二者之间差异无显著性意义 (χ2 =1.80 ,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :AVPD法与 E/ A分析法有较好符合性 ,为一无创性评价 CHD患者左室舒张功能的新方法。
Objective:To assess the feasibility and reliability of echocardiography of atrioventricular plane displacement(AVPD) in predicting left ventricular diastolic function(LVDF).Method:In 200 coronary heart disease (CHD) patients,the parameters of AVPDa,AVPDa/AVPDmean (Mean value of AVPD)and the ratio depicted above and mitral E/A were detected and compared by pulsed Doppler.Result:The parameters of AVPDa,AVPDmean,E and A were ( 0.74 ± 0.47 )cm,( 0.62 ± 0.13 )cm,( 71.41 ± 10.57 )cm/s and ( 80.23 ± 15.97 )cm/s respectively.There are 163 patients accompanied by LVDF according to the AVPD.On the other hand,there were 171 patients by E/A method.There is no significant differece between the two methods.Conclusion:The AVPD studied for assessing the LVDF in CHD is a new non damage way.
