摘要
采用改良的血管筑型的方法 ,通过胎盘脐动、静脉灌注血管铸型材料 ,筑铸 2 0例正常胎盘 ,48例异常胎盘血管模型。结果 :1建立了人胎盘血管三维结构模型 ,正常胎盘血管分支分为 5~ 7级 ,胎盘动静脉系统容积为 15 2 .5± 45 .3ml,末梢动静脉分支数比值为 1:2 ;2重度妊高征胎盘血管系统容积为 10 2 .8± 36 .1m l(P<0 .0 1) ,末梢动静脉分枝数比值 2 :3或 1:1(P<0 .0 5 ) ;3特殊胎盘的血管结构均有特殊性。认为建立人胎盘血管三维筑型 ,有利于直观了解正常和异常胎盘血管系统的结构 。
A new Kind of casting material was poured into 20 normal and 48 abnormal placentas through umbilical cord vein and artery for establishing three dimensional structure of human placental vascular system Results showed ①In normal pregnancy,the umbilical vein was branched into 5~7 branches,the volume of placental vascular bed was 152 5±45 3ml,the ratio of the tip of arteries to veins was 1:2;②In severe pregnancy induced pregnancy,the volume of placental vascular bed was 102 8±36 1ml,that was statistically more decreased than that in normal pregnancy(P<0 05),the ratio of the tip of arteries to veins was 2:3 to 1:1;③Some special placentas were also established the three dimensional structure of placental vascular system The three dimensional structure of placental vascular system is very helpful to study the structure and function of placenta with abnormal pregnancy,and has important clinical significance
