摘要
合成了单核配合物 [(tacn) Cu Cl2 ][(tacn) Cu(OH2 ) Cl]Cl O4(tacn =1 ,4 ,7-三氮杂环壬烷 ) ,并利用单晶 X-射线衍射法测定其结构 .晶体属正交晶系 ,空间群为 Pbca,a =1 .31 31 2 (1 6) nm,b =1 .81 2 6(2 ) nm,c =1 .92 88(2 ) nm,V =4 .590 7(9) nm3,Dx=1 .763mg .m- 3 ,z =8,F(0 0 0 ) =2 4 96.晶体由两个单核铜单元、一个高氯酸根离子堆积而成 .两个铜都是五配位 ,处于变形四方锥的配位环境中 .晶体中存在多种氢键 。
A mononuclear copper(Ⅱ) complexes, [(tacn)CuCl 2][(tacn)Cu(OH 2)Cl]ClO 4(tacn=1,4,7 triazacyclononane) has been synthesized and characterized by X ray single crystal analysis. Crystal data: orthorhombic, space group Pbca, a=1.31312(16)nm,b=1.8126(2)nm,c= 1.9288(2)nm, V=4.5907(9)nm 3,D x=1.763mg·m -3 ,z=8.The molecular structure of the complex shows that complex consists of two mononuclear copper unit and a ClO - 4 anion. In the molecule of complex two Cu(Ⅱ) ions are all five coordinate with distorted squarepyramid configuration. There are several hydrogen bonds in the crystal and the intermolecular H bonds interlink the molecules into a three dimensional network.
