摘要 采用液相沉积法制备了由分子筛负载TiO2 /SO2 -4 的固体超强酸催化剂 ,考察了该催化剂对乙二醇单乙醚与乙酸酯化的反应条件 :反应物醇酸摩尔比 1∶1 3,催化剂用量 5 % (以乙二醇单乙醚质量为基准 ) ,催化剂活化温度 5 5 0℃ ,并以此条件合成了乙二醇单乙醚乙酯 ,产率为 84 6 %。 The solid superacid TiO 2/SO 2- 4 to be carried by molecular sieves was made by the liquid phase precipitation, its catalytic activity is investigated to esterifaction of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether and acetic acid. The optimum conditions of the esterifaction by orthoyonal experiments were studied. The result showed that the most active temperature of catalyst is 550 ℃, its weight is 5% (based on quality of ethylene glycol monoethyl ether), the mole ratio of alcohol to acid is 1∶1 3. At last ethylene glycol monoethyl ether acetate were synthesized on these conditions, the ester yield is up to 84 6%.
