摘要
采用微波方法制备SO42-/Zr-MCM-41分子筛,设置单因素试验考察硫酸锆(Zr(SO4)2)与硅酸钠(Na2SiO3)的物质的量之比、晶化温度、晶化时间和煅烧温度对分子筛催化性能的影响。结果表明,优化的SO42-/Zr-MCM-41分子筛制备条件为nZr∶nSi=0.05∶1,100℃微波晶化2.5 h,550℃煅烧。该催化剂合成简单易操作,可回收利用,具有良好的催化应用前景。
Molecular sieve SO42-/Zr-MCM-41 was prepared by microwave method.Single factor tests were conducted to study the effects of nZr∶nSi,crystallization temperature,crystallization time and calcination temperature on the catalytatice efficiency of SO42-/Zr-MCM-41.The results showed that the optimum prepare conditions were nZr∶nSi=0.05∶1,crystallization at 100 ℃ for 2.5 h,calcination temperature 550 ℃.The catalyst could be easily synthesized and was recyclable,thus had great catalytic application prospect.
