摘要
我国银行正在进行市场化改革 ,借鉴国际银行经验 ,进行内部制度设计具有重要意义。本文探讨了国有商业银行建立长期激励机制的必要性 ,分析了西方国家银行长期激励制度的内容 ,提出了我国国有商业银行建立长期激励机制的思路。
It is important to design the internal rules of the banks on the basis of international experiences when we are reforming our banks on market orientation.Discussed in the paper are the necessity for state owned commercial banks to carry out a long term incentive mechanism,the content of such long term incentive in the West,and the ways for our banks to set up such an incentive mechanism.
