摘要
简要介绍了员工持股计划的起源、内容 ,并和其他股权制度做了比较 .区分了员工持股制度的三种效应 :激励、控制权和资金效应 ,考察了它们对私营企业可能产生的影响 .最后 ,以广东省吉荣空调为案例 ,分析了这三种效应之间的关系 .结果表明 。
The source, content of employee stock ownership plans (ESOP) is introduced and compare it with other ownership systems. Three effects of employee stock ownership systems were differentiated, namely prompting, control, capital effect, and their possible affect on private corporations were also analyzed. Finally, taking Guangdong Jirong Air-conditioner Co. as an example to analyze the relationships between these three effects. The conclusion is that the employee stock ownership plan will benefit to the private corporations’ development in China.
