摘要
本文分析了模具曲面抛光工艺过程,指出了影响抛光过程中表面去除的主要因素,并利用在 PUMA- 562型机器人上开发的模具自动抛光试验系统对抛光的表面去除问题进行了试验研究,得到了模具曲面抛光时表面去除的规律,对自动抛光工艺规划具有指导意义。
This paper analyzes the polishing process of mold curved surfaces and points out the major factors influencing the material removal during polishing. Based on the established experimental robotic polishing system, the material removal is studied experimentally and the material removal regularities in mold curved surface polishing are obtained, which is of importance for automatic polishing process planning.
