摘要
检测了468例正常健康人外周血大颗粒淋巴细胞与非大颗粒淋巴细胞正常值,其结果为:1.大颗粒淋巴细胞占白细胞的百分率为2.2～17.5%,均值为8.76±3.17%,男女无差异(P>0.05);2.大颗粒淋巴细胞占淋巴细胞的百分率为6～51%,均值为26.97±8.9%,男女无差异;3.大颗粒淋巴细胞与年龄无相关性;4.非大颗粒淋巴细胞占白细胞的百分率为10.6～39.15%,均值为23.76±4.99%;5.非大颗粒淋巴细胞占淋巴细胞的百分率为46～94%,均值为73.13%。
The normal values of large granular lymphocytes(IGL)and non-large granular lymphocytes(NLGL)of peripheral blood in 468 healthy persons were determined the results are(1)2.2-17.5% of the peri-pheral blood white cells(PBWC)mean value is 26.97±8.9%,There is no significant difference between males and females(P>0.05).(2)There isno correlation between the level of LGL and age.(3)The levels of NLGLin PBWC and PBL were 10.6-39.15%(mean 23.76±4.99%)and 46-94%(mean 73.13%)respectively.
