摘要
[目的 ]研究测定血清中铝含量的新方法。 [方法 ]在 pH 5 8乙酸 乙酸钠 铍试剂Ⅲ底液中 ,采用极谱配合物吸附波法。 [结果 ]方法的检出限为 1 9× 10 -7mol/L ,线性范围为 4 7× 10 -7~ 1 5× 10 -5mol/L ,变异系数为 4 2 %~6 9% ,样品加标回收率为 94 7%~ 10 3 7% ,与石墨炉原子吸收法的测定结果比较 ,差异无统计学意义。 [结论 ]方法的灵敏度高 ,选择性好 。
Objective]To study a new method of determining aluminum in human serum. \The determining method is polarographic adsorptive complex wave in the solution of acetic acid sodium acetate beryllon Ⅲ with pH5 8.\The detection limit was 1.9×10 -7 mol/L, the linear range was between 4.7×10 -7 ~ 1.5×10 -5 mol/L, the coefficient of variation was between 4.2% ~ 6.9%, the added rate of recovery of sample was between 94 7% ~103 7%. \[Conclusions\]This method has high sensitivity and selectivity. Its precision and accuracy are up to the standard of analysis.
