摘要
用 2 5 0Gy和 35 0Gy60 Coγ射线照射杂交稻保持系Ⅱ 32B干种子 ,在M2 群体获得 2种类型的高秆隐性突变体 ,分别记为Ⅱ 32eB(1)和Ⅱ 32eB(2 )。Ⅱ 32eB(1)与Ⅱ 32A杂交、回交 ,继而转育成长穗颈不育系Ⅱ 32eA(1)。Ⅱ 32eA(1)具有遗传上完全解除包穗 ,颖花长度增加 ,柱头外露率提高 ,对“九二○”更敏感 ,所组配的杂交稻组合有更高的产量潜力等特点。Ⅱ 32eA(1)于 1999年 9月通过了技术鉴定。
The dried seeds of Ⅱ-32 B (maintainer line) were treated with γ rays of 60Co at 25 and 35 Gy, respectively and two types of recessive tall mutants with elongated uppermost internode (eui) genes were obtained from the M 2 population. They are named as Ⅱ-32eB(1) and Ⅱ-32eB(2), respectively. By crossing Ⅱ-32eB(1) with Ⅱ-32 A and then successively backcrossing with Ⅱ-32eB(1), Ⅱ-32eA(1) with eui (1) gene was developed successfully. Compared with Ⅱ-32A, Ⅱ-32eA(1) has elongated upper internodes resulting in no panicle enclosure, elongated spikelets, higher stigma exsertion rate and is more sensitive to GA 3. Ⅱ-32eA(1) has been technically examined in September of 1999.
