摘要
弹簧钢 60Si2Mn经奥氏体再结晶区 1 0 0 0℃控轧 ,轧后以 6~ 1 0℃ /s的冷速进行控制冷却 ,可获得细小的珠光体 +少量铁素体组织 ,同时减少了脱碳 ,显著提高了弹簧钢的冲击韧性。
By controlled rolling in austenite recrystallization zone at 1 000 ℃ and cooled with 6~10℃/sec after rolled, the fine pearlite with little ferrite in spring steel 60Si2Mn could be obtained, to decrease the decarbonization and obviously increase the impact energy of spring steel.
