摘要
目的 探讨TPOX、TH0 1基因座在河南汉族人群的法医学应用价值。方法 采用PCR扩增、聚丙烯酰胺垂直板电泳分离及银染技术 ,对河南汉族人群 2 0 8例无关个体TPOX、TH0 1基因座分型。结果 TPOX共检出 6个等位基因、13种基因型 ,TH0 1检出 5个等位基因、15种基因型 ;两基因座基因频率分布符合Hardy Weinberg平衡 ;两基因座观察杂合度分别为 0 .5 96 2、0 .6 42 2 ;个人识别几率分别为 0 .7842、0 .8995 ;非父排除率分别为 0 .34 98、0 .40 6 7。结论 TPOX、TH0 1基因座在河南汉族人群有较高的法医学应用价值。
Objective To explore the genetic polymorphism at TPOX and TH01 loci in Han Nationality and to evaluate the validation of these 2 loci as genetic markers for forensic haemogenetics in Henan. Methods The PCR amplification and electrophoresis on the same PAG and silverstaining were used.Sum total of 208 samples from unrelated individuals in Henan Han nationality were analyzed. Reselts There were 6 alleles and 13 genotypes at TPOX locus,5 alleles and 15 genotypes at TH01 locus.Both of 2 loci meet the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.The heterozygotes of TPOX and TH01 loci were 0.5962 and 0.6422 respectively,The discrimination power was 0.7842 and 0.8995 respectively. Conclusion It is suggested that the TPOX and TH01 loci be good markers for Henan Han Nationality in forensic haemogenetics.
