摘要
常规 AHP方法通常存在如下两种缺陷 :首先 ,它的判断矩阵没有考虑人的判断的Fuzzy性 ;其次 ,它不能求解重要性随时间改变而变化的因素的权重。另外模糊动态 AHP实现的关键是动态判断矩阵一致性条件的满足 ,因为动态判断矩阵往往在某个或某些时间点上满足一致性条件 ,但很难在整个时间段上对所有的时间点满足一致性条件。针对上述问题 ,本文应用一种新的方法来改进判断矩阵的一致性 ,并将模糊动态 AHP方法应用到水资源系统的模糊优化调度中 。
Generally speaking, there are two limitations in the normal AHP model, the first one is that its judgment matrix doesn′t considerate the fuzzy property of people′s judgment, the other is that it can′t calculate the weights of such factors whose importance varies with time, moreover, the key of dynamic AHP is to satisfy the consistency of dynamic judgment matrix, for the dynamic judgment matrix usually satisfies the consistency in one or some periods, and is very difficult to satisfy the consistency during all the courses. According to these limitations, this paper uses one new method to revise the consistency of dynamic judgment matrix, and applies it in water resources system's optimization, an ideal result is obtained.
