摘要
简单的优胜劣汰不能在打破垄断的同时保证装备采购效益的持续提高。在介绍基于任务量分配的装备采购激励办法的基础上,针对其不足,提出了基于利润分配的装备采购激励方法。建立了批量价格转换模型和利润比确定模型,并通过实例进行了验证,最后探讨了该方法的特点和使用条件。
Being particularity of military products, the proper incentive method protects competition structure while bestirs corporations to work hard, the incentive method of equipment acquisition which based on the task allocation is defective. Based on the batch price transforming model and profit ratio confirmed model, this paper puts forward a new incentive method which distributes profit to corporations, whose validity is indicated by an example. In the end, the paper indicates the characteristics and using condition of the method.
