摘要
针对市售的白噪声发生器相当昂贵 ,不利于一般应用场合使用的问题 ,文中利用双极性晶体管散粒噪声功率谱密度在非常宽的范围内与频率无关 ,属于白噪声这一特性 ,设计实现了一个非常简洁有效的限带白噪声发生器 。
The white noise generator is so expensive that it is not always accessible in common applications. This paper analyzes the feature of the power density spectrum of the shot noise and has proved it to be white noise in a wide frequency band. By use of the BJT's shot noise, a bandlimited white noise generator is designed. At the same time, the specific circuit design is presented.
