摘要
设计了一种集成电路成型与分离系统,分析了系统设计的各个关键环节,该系统基于FPGA、ARM及计算机多核控制,重点介绍了工作台运动轨迹控制模型的设计、基于ARM的LED显示屏设计、语音模块设计、伺服电机的控制以及利用以太网通信等等。实验结果表明系统有噪声小、速度高、精度高、可靠性高等优点,具有较高的应用与推广价值。
A sort of IC Molding and Separation System was designed.All kinds of key techniques were analyzed in system design.This system was based on FPGA,ARM and PC control.This paper mainly introduced the design of control model of workbench moving track,the design of LED screen and sound module based on ARM,the control design of servo motor and correspond based on Ethernet.Experiments show that this system has the advantages of low noise,high rate,high precision and high reliability.It possessed high application value and promoting value.
