摘要
两岸经济合作取得巨大成就的同时外溢出政治、文化和社会效应。外溢政治效应主要表现为两岸政治互信不断巩固、两岸党际交流机制化、两岸经济关系步入制度化轨道;外溢文化效应主要表现为两岸执政双方对文化交流在两岸关系和平发展中的重要性形成高度共识、两岸同属一个民族一个中国的政治文化认同不断凝聚、两岸文教交流不断深化、两岸文化产业合作开始启动;外溢社会效应主要表现为两岸同胞逐渐形成了以海峡论坛、两岸经贸文化论坛、两岸和平论坛、两岸双向旅游合作为核心的全方位、宽领域、多层次民间交流交往格局,对两岸同胞相互学习、加深理解、凝聚共识发挥着潜移默化的作用。
Great achievements in cross-strait economic cooperation bring about political,cultural and social effects at the same time.The political spillover effects mainly include that mutual trust between the two sides is strengthened,the two side inter-party exchange is mechanized and cross-strait economic relations have entered the institutional orbit.The cultural spillover effects mainly include four aspects：the two side authorities have formed a highly consensus that cultural exchanges take an very important role in the peace-ful development of cross-strait relations,the political culture identity that the two sides belong to one nation and one China continues to rally,the two side cultural and educational exchanges are being deepened and cultural industry cooperation are initiated;the social spillover effect means that the two sides have gradually formed an all-round,wide-area and multi-level non-governmental exchanges pattern which takes Strait Fo-rum,cross-strait Trade and Culture Forum and cross-strait Peace Forum and a two-way tourism cooperation as the core,which has played a imperceptible role in helping the two sides to learn from each other,to deep-en mutual understanding and to form consensus.
