摘要
建立了用HPLC测定芩夏止哮颗粒中黄芩苷含量的方法 :色谱柱为YWG C1 8( 4 6mm× 2 50mm ;1 0 μm) ;流动相 :MeOH∶H2 O∶THF∶H3PO4( 2 0 0∶30 0∶50∶0 1 65) ;黄芩苷保留时间约 9min ;黄芩苷平均回收率为 1 0 0 65% ;RSD :2 0 3%。
A HPLC method was established for determining the content of baicalin in Qinxiazhixiao Instant Granules. The specification of the YWG C 18 chromatographic column was 4.6 mm×250 mm, 10 μm; the mobile phase was MeOH∶H 2O∶THF∶H 3PO 4 (200∶300∶50∶0.16); the retention time of baicalin was about 9 minutes; the average recovery rate of baicalin was 100.65%; and the RSD 2 03%.
