二氧化钒热致变色薄膜透过率研究进展

摘要 1引言近年来,二氧化钒由于材料自身性质的优越性,可以被广泛应用于智能窗玻璃、热致开关、薄膜变色开关器件、温度传感器、信息存储以及大面积玻璃幕墙等领域。在低温半导体态时,红外波段具有高透过率和低反射率。在高温金属态,红外波段具有低透过率和高反射率。
